They are: Dale Martin Barnwell, 31, of Attleborough Road, Nuneaton Glenn Sean Darby, 52, of Abbotsford Road, Nuneaton, who was Bradd Darby's dad and Sam Stretton, 25, of Aberdeen Road, Nuneaton. The three other men involved in the fight have all previously pleaded guilty to a charge of violent disorder. Norton, Mr Darby and three other men were involved in the disorder in which Mr Darby was stabbed multiple times by Norton. Norton also admitted two offences of wounding and possession of an offensive weapon from the incident which too place on the corner of Barpool Road and Vernons Lane in Nuneaton. That plea was accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service. He was initially charged with the murder but entered a plea to the lesser charge of manslaughter on the day of his trial in January. James Lewis Norton, also 30, was found moments later with a bloodied knife.

A killer who knifed a Nuneaton dad to death during a street fight will be sentenced today.īradd Darby, 30 suffered multiple injuries in the attack on February 20 last year.
